We label proven, possible, and unproven genes explicitly on every listing, and we disclose any genetic testing (such as RGI results) when available. Ask us for the background of any animal — we'll walk you through the pairing and the records.
When do you ship?
We ship on schedules that keep the animal safe — avoiding temperature extremes and weather events along the route. Shipping windows are confirmed with you before purchase is finalized.
Can I see more photos or feeding history of an animal?
Yes. Every listing shows the exact animal you'd be purchasing, and we can provide additional photos and feeding records on request.
